Overview

Mission-critical surveillance systems need storage that records massive amounts of video around the clock, at low capacity cost and with room to grow. Infortrend offers both stand-alone surveillance storage and integrated storage servers — EonStor CS scale-out NAS, GS unified storage, Milestone VMS-certified DS SAN, and EonServ NVR all-in-one — supported by technology alliances with Milestone, Genetec, and Digifort. All products are supplied through our authorized Infortrend channel.

For large-scale surveillance projects, EonStor CS scale-out storage grows to 100PB+ capacity and 100GB/s performance, with a 4U 60-bay single system supporting 3,000 channels of 3MP IP cameras for up to 180 retention days.

For sites that need SAN and NAS services plus cloud extension, EonStor GS unified storage supports 2,000 channels of 3MP IP cameras for 180 days on a single system and can move video to public or private cloud as primary storage or remote backup.

For VMS-based deployments, Milestone VMS-certified EonStor DS SAN builds systems of 5PB+ capacity for 500 channels of 3MP cameras over 180 days, in cost-effective single-controller and high-availability dual-controller models.

For integrated NVR deployments, EonServ storage servers combine the NVR server and storage in one device with certified Milestone XProtect VMS (Genetec and Digifort also supported), expanding via SAS to 436 disks and 4PB+ for 500+ channels of 3MP IP cameras.

In a reference project for Seoul’s Gwanak-gu district, a DS 3000 4U 60-bay high-density RAID system with 4PB capacity recorded more than 2,500 CCTV cameras around the clock with reliability of up to 99.999%.
