The challenge

The operator had committed to a rural coverage programme with a fixed regulatory deadline. Their original plan relied on eleven separate vendor orders, each with its own lead time and shipping schedule — a coordination risk that threatened the deadline.

What we did

We consolidated the full equipment list into a single order covering microwave radios, optical transceivers, and the associated mounting and power hardware. Buffer stock was reserved for the fastest-moving items, and shipments were phased to match tower construction progress.

The result

All 300 sites received equipment ahead of the construction schedule, with 99% of shipments arriving within the agreed window. The operator avoided managing eleven separate supplier relationships.
